Third Wednesday of the month at 7pm
Stepping Stones will be combining Kundalini Yoga with 12-Step principles to help individuals in recovery. This class will help individuals develop self-regulation tools that enhance the mind, body, and spirit connection. We will be performing Kundalini sets that support recovery by combining rigorous physical cleansing exercises, breathing techniques, and mediations in a positive environment. This class is for anyone dealing with addictive/co-dependent behaviors or affected by those behaviors in others.
