Everyone has their unique story and journey to go on to become the best possible version of themselves. My goal in therapy is to provide a more intimate and creative way of helping you reach that level. In my work with individuals and families I hope to help you recognize all the natural strengths they have within themselves and expand that to a more holistic positive view of self and hope for the future.

For 2 years I worked as a case manager for both adolescents and adults with Centerstone. In the past year my focus has been mostly on working with adolescents directly as well as conducting numerous family sessions in a School-Based Therapy setting. I recognize that often times the system is set up to let people of color fail and hope to provide an inspiration to colored populations specifically that they can break the odds no matter what.

I utilize art therapy and positive psychology primarily in my practice. However, I am also trained in trauma focused work and various other modalities of treatment. Therapy is the first brave step towards improving you’re overall wellbeing, and it would be my honor to help you along that process.
